At Ozean Pilates & Wellness, we stand behind everything we offer. Please read the following before making a purchase.

Pilates Props & Equipment / Skincare & Wellness Products

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@ozeanpilateswellness.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, store credit or a refund to the original payment method will be issued within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Apparel & Branded Merchandise

All apparel is printed on demand and considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Digital Products & Courses

All digital downloads and course purchases are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
